Speaking from experience of using both lost wax casting and soldering, a design that intricate is very difficult to accomplish, especially when glass is also included in the design. While the overall concept is a bit basic, the design is remarkably well done and very intricate. The glass bead and plates really help to make the design. The different shades of glass used in each space really help to accent the silver wire work. At first, I thought the cat was made using an anodized metal, but upon closer inspection I realized that it was glass-filled as well as expertly polished. Overall, really well done design.
